Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped from Savannah, Georgia in rigid white cardboard mailers. There are two delivery options.

The first option is via USPS Ground Advantage. This option is the cheaper and does include tracking.

The second option is USPS Priority Mail. This option is a bit more expensive.

Processing times are 5-7 business days but can take less depending on the time of week you order. Shipping times are as follows:

USA Letter Mail: 7-15 business days

USA Tracked Shipping: 5-7 business days

International Letter Mail: 10-30 business days

International Tracked Shipping: 15-20 business days.

IF YOUR PACKAGE is marked as DELIVERED AND YET NOT RECEIVED and where there is no evidence. YOU SHOULD contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day's delivery. IT IS NOT THE SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
